For the lowering : H&R spring + Bilstein schock combo (the best for the price)
Chip : GIAC or APR you can't go wrong with either one
Exhaust : Borla, APR or Milltek. I have the APR, not loud at all, nice sound.

the effin dealer put them on for you!? So that means they are genuine RS4 wheels... that is insane. Good for you though! The car will look smokin' once you get to dropping it. They are gorgeous wheels!

THe wheels look great. The car will llook great after you lower it because I think right now that your on non sport suspension.. I have no idea about chipping a TDI.
