Alright, this is what many of you have been waiting for. this sat i took my Audi out to the rally track in at CORE. the car drove there and back just fine...

Dammage: some plastic panels flew off, and a cracked oil pan. (i was ready for worse)

Popped off a tire:

fixed up the tire problem and went back at it









See the two cracks? one by the bolt, and then one big one goign all the way down the horizontal

What about the oil pan? You caught it in time and everything? Towed it home? At least some JB weld????

EDIT: For some reason it never occurred to me that you wouldn't have the original seats in it, therefore theyprobably wouldn't be heated. I need some caffeine, dammit. [&:]

 

haha no i care, i put a lot of work into it, and i knew it woudl hold... and to answer the oilpan question... i didn't even notice it till this morning, when there was a little black spot under the car... so no, no JB weld... just drove it back 120 miles after the thrashing lol, gonna buy a new one tomorrow when my used audi parts place opens, and then i'll be right back out there hopefully.

LOL.....very similar to what i did in mexico... mine was a little too low and i ended up messin up some tie rods tho..

but that **** was fun, i can only imagine

 

yeah dude... that was my biggest problem, my street performance coilovers only went up 2 inches from the lowest point... and thats how the oilpan got boned... but real rally susspention costs 6,000 and thats more than i put inot the car (car itself included).... now i'm gonna save myself some money and weld the oilpan back together, and use that money to buy a boost gauge and boost controller

 

YOUR INSANE!!!! SO COOL! I wish I could do that in mine without breaking it.
