Could be a problem with the e throttle. Either the sensors are reading faulty, unlikly because theres two of them. Or the motor is hanging up in the throttle body.

definitely sounds like a throttle body problem. your throttle linkage may be going out too, but that's less likely than a TB problem.

Bad idea. They do make throtle body cleaner, and another better alternative would be to find some seafoam product, that stuff is the shiznit. Thats like saying "Im going to brush my teeth with hair gel." ?????
