My car had a Flood!!!!!!!!!!!
you could very well just build up some rags around the bpillar, or, depending on how easy it is to pry the bottom off, you could stuff some rags in there.
or if your bored.. rip the headliner right off, and take bent's advice... lol, backseat with a flashlight

ok that i'll do tommorrow morning. lol its freaking raining and its dark as hell out right now, but i'd put some rags at the b pillar right now so i'll be back!
ok i just pulled off the bottom of the b pillar and stuffed a whole bunch of paper towels in there. It looks dry in there btw. and my capet is even more wet now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! can this be left over water from 2 nights ago that i didnt dry up? thats what im wishing atleast
hm... well..if you don't think it's water tracking along the bottom of the door.. and there's no water at the B-pillar then it might not be the sunroof...
might be the condensation drain from your A/C. I'm not so sure about the A/C but aren't those under the seats or something?

ah, from audiworld:
Common causes are:
- plugged drain tube from the sunroof
- a plugged/disconnected/leaking drain tube from the air conditioner condensation drain
- plugged drain holes near battery
- pollen filter tray seal (thanks, 02A6CVT)
- a leak around a windshield
- bad weatherstripping (even in the trunk... check the spare tire well for water
- a small leak in the heater core or hoses.

Sounds like it may be drain holes in sunroof.
Just another thing is ,I had a VW that the firewall seal was no good on and the same thing happend.
You can check that buy pulling up the carpet under the dash and have someone spray a hose at the windsheld and look for water going into cab.
You should try that at all places you think the leak is from(sunroof, doors)
