I'm not here to ask questions and have no info as to what may be the cause..

Just wondering, how serious has your CEL's been? Any easy fixes? I'm taking the car in tomorrow to get an estimate.

It runs fine.. I'm hoping it's nothing serious (of course) because I'm low on cash right now.

 

Just go to autozone and get it scanned for fault codes. Its free. Post the codes here and we'll help. Is the CEL flashing?

 

never had a cel man, hope its nothing too serious...

Nah, it isn't flashing. (Thankfully) I just replaced my old H7 halogen bulbs with some newer ones. I didn't notice the CEL come on right away but it was a few hours after the bulb replacement. Possibly related?

 

long as your CEL is not blinking while you are driving, your car is safe to drive. take it to autozone they scan it for free to see what the problem is. then move on from there.

 

Yeah, I'll be taken it to Kragen tomorrow. I hate when my baby isn't tip top. Makes me worry a lot, haha.
