$880/year.. on the parents insurance

damn man i need to put my car on my parents insurance. imagine what i could do with and extra 1500 a year. that coupled with my scholarship money and i could see a s4 in my near future.

 

And you're 18? Quit complaining, most of use are paying at least double that.

 

Ha! I just recently started a policy with my fiance and my insurance dropped substantially, but before that it cost me $5,000/year to insure my little V6 Hyundai Tiburon(might be called Coupe over there, I had that before my current car) If you're only gonna pay $1,600/year consider yourself lucky!

Well, I know that the turbo's on the 1.8t in that age group will most likely go out shortly, but if you're getting one with no turbo then the engine should be fairly reliable. I've always had either aisian or german car, and I always will. I've seen many people be hardcore Chevrolet or Ford people for years, but finally after being let down too many times they switch and they see what they've been missing. That A4 will drive like no Ford you've ever driven.
