As bad as the name sounds, this little player works very well. I installed it over the weekend, hooking up was a breeze, the only harder part was removing the trunk lining to be able to mount the bracket.
I've had no issues with it, and having hundreds/thousands of songs at the fingertips is an awesome thing, I just threw away my CD case with ~25 CDs in it

Anyway, i just wanted to share with you folks; here are some pics:

Sweet, I have no idea how these things work, but is there a separate phatnoise component up front or what?

Nope, that's the cool thing. It works through the CD changer controls.

Its function is to store digital media file (MP3) on the DMS cartridge and play them on the car stereo. It replaces the CD changes, but instead of a bunch of CDs, it has a MP3 databank.

Hope that answers your question.

Cool, how do you sort through songs/artists? Same as a reg. cd just with a bunch more songs?

Actually you can sort by Playlist, artist, genre, etc....
Sorting through 20GB of files in one folder could get a little frustrating lol

Sweet! Would you recommend this over IceLink? I have a 30gb ipod, the new one. IceLink is around 200. I'm assuming you know something about this link.
