nice to see some one else here from Ontario... and nice car i just got my audi about 3 weeks ago
Likewise, it feels lonely when your the only one lol, where abouts in On are you? I'm thinking about going on the German Car Cruise to Waterfest, that leaves in Mississauga from JRP Performance. I'm just not sure if I want to rack that many miles on so soon. Also my car will be pure stock, not even the K&N intake will be in by then.

Damn I can't remember, an no its mph (lol I wish). I think around 5k, just a guestimate though. Lol yeah it also NEEDS to be lowered, it looks like a truck right now. Just coilovers are mucho dolleros. 5 grand for the ones that I want and 2 grand for the bottom of the line ones. I could just slap some springs and shocks on it, but I wan the adjustability for the winter, Canadian winters are intense.

5 grand?!!! What brand coilovers are those? Unless your getting some custom engineered full on racing coilovers. Which you wouldn't need anyway. I am curious of what your set up will be, I'm also considering coilovers but not many options out there for the 2.8

Mentioned Canadian Audi Tuner
thats the suspension page. I think any coilovers that will fit the 1.8t will fit the 2.8, given that they are either both quattro or fwd. Same thing should apply with exhaust from the cat back, because the car should be the same other than the Motor/Transmission. Don't forget that that price is canadian though. They are pretty much racing coilovers, which I want, I don't want street ones. I want slammed and hard, I couldn't care less about ride lol, just grip. Also they have a 14" brake kit that I wouldn't mind (just again $$$$). I might just buy the Milltek exhaust. I just want to hear one on a 2.8 before I get it, because I want super agressive sound.

Hmm...I'm not sure about 1.8 suspension parts fitting a 2.8, because of the weight difference the shocks/springs should be model specific, thats just my mechanical intuition though. I've yet to see anyone interchange them. The exhaust have different diameters too, I think. Anyways, those coilovers look serious, still a bit pricey after the dollar conversion. I'm considering this but no one has this setup. A few people on here have the 2.8 milltek exhaust, it has a real nice deep tone but doesn't have an aggressive sound, you may wanna go custom for that.

Yeah that's why I'm probably just going to fab something up with the Magnaflow Muff. Those coilovers you linked, look pretty nice and the price is pretty good. I think I might go with the secon level ones on the link I posted. You just can't adjust the damping from the inside of the car. Or I would want to go with the Tein Super Street with EDFC, when there finishing developing it. Is there anyone you've heard of on here that has that setup, or a similar tein setup. I know that Tein's work good on civics, 240's, ect.. just not sure about on a german car. Should be the same thing because a car is a car, just that they probably don't have as much R&D in the ones for the Audi.

I was just wondering if the exhaust in this video is a custom peice, or a production catback system. Because thats the tone I am looking for, maybe a bit more agressive.
