I found a 98 A4 1.8t black on black for sale with a blown engine (timing belt broke) , its in very good shape inside and out. The guy wanted 1500 but I talked him down to 400 bucks! Anyone got a 1.8t engine for sale? I will post some pics tomorrow.

 

400 bucks? dang that thing could have $6000 worth of damage and you still got hooked up, lol.

 

bah you can pick up a used motor for 3k easy

 

make sure you get that 12v 2.8l

I've found some good deals in the past but i'm especially proud of this one. I've always wanted a 1.8t, and black on black is just a nice bonus. I found a brand new audi 1.8 longblock engine on fleabay for 4k but I think I will try to find a good used one for about 2k.

You should find a motor and build the **** out of it then drop it in .

 

It needs a good detail but its not in bad shape at all.
