JUST WANTED TO START OFF BY SAYING THAT
I AM RESEARCHING INTO UPGRADING MY
'98 AUDI A4 (B5) QUATTRO 2.8. IS THERE A
BETTER WAY TO UPGRADE A 2.8 LITER ENGINE
INTO A TURBO, OR WOULD INSTALLING AN
SUPER-CHARGER A BETTER WAY TO GO?

Super charger is the way to go on the 2.8. That is the most popular mod for that engine. Someone here on the forum has one and gets around 300 at the wheels if I'm not mistaken. Check the archives, he posted pics of it the thread. Welcome, hope you like it here.
