dont get any of em. just get a mbc and turn it up a couple psi that way when you want to go big turbo you already have one and dont waste your money on a valve that you wont need

Yah, tried that, did you even read the post? I'm asking for the difference between the two.

ya, word for word, and your answer is easily found in the search as it has been covered before, more than once.

Yeah i guess there are just some topics that mention n75j but only really talk about the H. Sorry about that. I think the H valve is more aggressive but can cause limp mode. The J I think is not as aggressive when the boost comes on at midrange but doesnt spike at much as stock or the H type and is maybe more stable. Id start with an H, and if you have problems go to a J. I noticed a big difference with my H valve and have gone into limp mode a couple times in hardcore WOT situations. Restarting the car resolved the limp mode for me when it happend, nothing major. Well worth the $45 i spent for a used one.

i have the "j" valve and it works great with my chipped 01 i heard that the "h" valve would cause nothing but problems with the dbw cars i kinda heard the same with the "H" valve it was kinda like a 50-50 spilt if it would work or not so i figure that you don't know if it will work unless you try i got put it on and it has worked ever since but i still have the oem valve just in case
