n75 race valve install

Default n75 race valve install

well my n75 came today and i went to install it.. i got the plug that goes in hooked up and the hose from the waste gate and the one to the turbo hooked up but whats the other outlet coming off the top of the valve supposed to be hooked too?

think you mean bottom, that goes into the intake.

haha my bad forget everything i just said. theres a short stem and a long stem coming off of the valve, just need to know which way one goes to the turbo hose and which one does not. the short one or long one.

do you have a chip at all or just the race valve? some chipped b6's have had problems with the race valve, i thought about trying it...let us know it works!

got it all hooked up correctly i believe. not feeling much difference tho, increased throttle response a little thats about it. Anybody know if they motor takes some getting used to or are they suppose to function 100% right away?

no, if you do that you will run unlimited boost (till you blow your tb hose off). the long one goes into the TIP, the one opposite from it goes to the wg, and the other one goes to the banjo bolt

i have a whole DIY written up for my boost controller, that includes this info, but some stupid girl back home has my digital camera and all the pics on it[:@]

it should work as soon as you install it. do you have a boost gauge? it doesn't increase boost that much so you wont feel that much of a difference. especially since your not chipped. at least spend the 150 for the speedtuning one.

it is supposed to raise boost 2 psi..... no gains really
