most people who have b6's running 1+ programs who have tried the race valves have problems... it spikes too high and puts the car in limp mode... You can fix it by running the race valve and a manual boost controller to limit the peak spike... run them in parallel... a couple guys on audizine have done it successfully, they hold more boost as well, but you will need a MBC to cap the boost

i never had a problem with mine, and badluckaudi (the guy i bought it from) never had a problem with his either. so that problem might just be localized to apr 1+ guys. if it does put you into limp mode (which i doubt it will) you just get a cheap mbc and do this

Quick Question

Could you feel that your n75 was bad? I think mine is bad from what I've read...My boost kinda cuts in and out, drops then picks up again really noticeable feeling in 2nd gear WOT. You get any of those symptoms?

Thinking of picking up that F valve...Just don't want to waste my money.

My problemwas my car just went into limp mode and I couldn't boost past 5psi. But, every once in a while after the car was shut off for a long period the ecu likely reset and I could boost higher than 5psi if I let off the gas to about 25hg and then floored it in 2nd or 3rd gear only. It seemed to be able to open and close the gate or something.

So I've been reading around and found that replacing my stock N75 with either a N75J or H valve could let me hold at a little higher PSI. Currently I'm spiking usually at 17~19 and holding right around 15. I have the GIAC software but thought I should be holding a bit higher. Should I go with the J or the H valve?

sry to hijack but can the lines from the N75 every go bad and leak? cause i have a boost problem. Im only boosting 10-11psi and replaced all of the vac lines. can these other lines leak?
