Default Need desperate advice on how to fight stealership !!

Purchased my A4 3.0 thru NJ Jack Daniels Audi back in April 2nd.
Maybe 3 months after i purchased the car i realized my driver side front tire is wearing out
faster than the other three. I thought it was my driving style soi did not pay that much attention to it
however, 2 months ago i started to realize that it was making little hauling noise ...
so like a month ago i took my car to the jack daniels, and told them to check out my car.
they said it was purge valve, power steering fluid, and blah blah. got my things repaired
however noise was still there, and the tire was still doing the same thing.
yesterday my left front tire was near flat so i took it to the air pump.
then i realized ... rotational direction is facing the wrong way ... other three tires were fine
but only left front rotation was completely rotating the other direction.
is this a problem??? i think it was... so called the dealership and made a LOUD complaints ...
they said managers are not on duty and will call back on monday
what should be my next step to fight this stupid jack dainels .. i liked thme until yesterday
it is audi certified .. and stupid shmukcs can't even put on a tire ....
do i get all tires free ??

please help

If it's a CPO Audi, they should replace the tire at no cost. Even if the tire was mounted incorrectly be the PO, they should have caught that during their CPO inspection. Chances are they will only replace the one tire.

Do you have a full-size spare by chance? If you do, it could also be that the PO had a flat and replaced it with the spare, unaware that it was a directional tire.

i do have the full size spare in the trunk, with same wheel.
i don't think i will touch that until they take a look at this tire first.
incase they try to blame me for not realizing the problem ...

thankx

its a serious offence in the UK for putting the tyre on in the wrong direction and the danger it could have caused is unthinkable[:-]if I were that garage the person who fitted it would be looking for a new job ( total incompetence ).

I can't even read your post. What exactly is the problem with your car?
