I have a 1.8t a4 2001 model. my wife called me and says the car went dead and won't restart. I get the carhauler and take it home. The engine is turning over, well the crank is turning but the cam is not. I pulled the cover to check the belt and it's good. I can't see down to the bottom of the timing belt but I don't understand why the crank is turning but the cam pulley is not. Does anyone have a clue?
