I have an Audi A4 quattro avant and i have some issues as this was a used car. I only have one key fob from the owner so it seems that I am limited. My first issue is that my car does not blow any hot air and I have limited air flow coming out of the vents when I set it to HI. I am in the process of looking up what is need (fluid wise) to keep my car up. I need help as to what to do about how to fix the heat issue, also I need to know how to fix the door lock actuator as it seems that the car doesn't lock using the key fob-I have change the battery but a mechanic advised that i needed to find an actuator. I can lock the car thru the trunk key slot yet it still doesnt actually lock the car. Is there a part number that someone can give to help me look for this part.
