ok i am about to buy a 2000 a4 1.8t 5 speed with 61k on it this car is very nice but, i have one problem, it has a salvage title and im worryed about buying it. i made a deal for 7,400. the interior is awesome like new and engine runs strong. what happend to the car was it was a weird accident when a garbage dumpster fell on the front right roof. so it need a new one and a new fender ect no mayjor accidents like a carsh should i go for it or what do you guys think?

lol the dumpster thing sounds fake but if your not worried about reselling the car you shouldnt have any problems, my car has a salvage title and its just fine

 

anyone else how did it go with your salvage how did you insurance cover the car and how did you get a title

 

id go for it, put it on one of them shazy straightners and see how much its off

 

i didnt have to do anything extra to get insurance on my R titled car

 

the dumpster story seems to be true they have pictures of the damage

 

let me see the pics, if theres no major frame and engine damage then i would buy it
its not restored yet rite

cause restoring a damage car may cost more then buying a normal car sometime so u have to be careful

 

with the dumpster on the car???? If so get a copy of the pix i wana see, lol
