Default Need new tires for my A4

I have a 2005 A4 with rs4 wheels and i'm planning to buy a new set of tires for my car. Right now they are rolling on Continental SportContact 2 size 235/40/18 and they freakin cost like $250 a piece. So I decided that I want to go with all season tires instead. I decided to go with Continental ContiExtremeContact but im debating on what size? Which size would be good for me? Can i get away with the cheapest bcus im kinda broke.

235/40ZR18 $130 each (what i have on now)

225/45ZR18 $118 each
225/40ZR18 $107 each

I would go with the same size you have now.

Im running 225/45/17 Id rather have 235 if my rim can handle it.

I have the contiextremecontact tires on mine, I like them. They slid around a little to much for autox, but thats only because I need a set of rims with slicks to hold this heavy quattropig on the road!

get the 235/40zr18. dont get a smaller tire that will make your car handle worse

not always. the bigger you go the harder it is to turn the car.
