I'm going to look at an Audi tomorrow to possibly purchase. I want some opinions on whether you guys think this is a good deal or not. It is a 2002 A4 1.8T FWD Tiptronic Sports package ~70K miles and warranty until 100K. He wants $15499. Carfax showed some frame damage back in 2003 at around 20K miles. I'm tempted because of the warranty. It's also a decent price for the bay area. What do you guys think?

 

I would pass on it... keep looking... i'm sure somethign better will come by... with Quattro as well. Hell I got my 2002 for $18K and it only had 45k miles on it.

 

pass, too high considering the frame damage and mileage.

Hold out, be patient, you'll find a better deal than that!

 

pass, get a quattro and manual transmition. u can find a 1.8TQ at around the same price $16k-$18k with like 50k miles or even less, and without frame damage

 

You can do much better than that.

Where's my head at. I guess I'm bored of my '96 even though we've had some good memories. Damn that 2002 temptress. She's a ***** with a lot baggage.

 

run away from that very very fast. there are plenty of A4's out there.
