um the part on ur thing where u said any A4 or S4 engine is a direct swap is a direct lie man. u can't directly drop an S4 engine into an A4. u need custom brackets. also if i bid, i get ur plates too? that's wut it says right, wut u see is wut u get? lol

 

Uh, nope - it IS a direct swap. Motor mounts and everything line up... IIRC..... If not prove it and someone yell at me, but I do NOT intend on lying in my listing. There's not much different in an S4.... Plates are included I guess

i think you need atleast s4 mounts.. you may want to re word your listing.. the way it sounds you can just drop it in and go, there is alot of wiring and stuff that needs to be sorted

If you wanted to sell it, it wouldn't have hurt youto wash the car before taking the pictures. Just a little advice. Take it or leave it.

 

I'm well aware of that. I didn't have time to. It has been sitting there since August on a gravel alley. I know the value of the car and expect my BIN out of it since the body panels are OBVIOUSLY in good shape.

This is just a wild guess, but I'm going to assume that swapping in an S4 engine is more extensive than picking up an engine and dropping it in. Advertising that it's a "direct swap" is like advertising a Lexus IS300 as ready for an RB26DETT engine, which is the Skyline GT-R Twin Turbo engine. Sure, it'll fit, but what else do you have to do in order to have your car actually run properly?
