^^^^ what he said, Im sure there products are good, but there software lacks the performance when compared to apr and giac, but they are alot cheaper too, so it all evens out.

they are a good reputable company. When it comes to chip they are behind the power of apr or GIAC, but lots of audi owners have gone with the neuspeed chip.

I went with Neuspeed chip. Modest performance gains, and the price was right compared to the others. What sold me was the chip was fairly mild, so I wouldn't develop motor problems if I got in it a lot. My car was down for one day to install the chip, so it wasn't really a hassle.

I've also bought other parts from them. They're always been competitive in price, and I've always quickly rec'd the parts.

I'd say if you want a nice bump in HP, buy the chip, and shop other parts around. They've been competitive for me.
