ok i dont have answeres to everything but
2. i have a greddy tt and its mounted just underneath the key hole where u start the car. go to audiwold.com for a good write up on the install
3. yes the stock turbo is k03, it will last a long time if u dont push it or turn the boost up too high. stock is 7-9 i think and i had mine up to 22 for a while and it died
4. i have stratmosphere so i cannot help u out
5. isnt that the thing that keeps from going out of controlle? dont have esp on my car.
6. i have apr but its up to u, it will only make a difference if ur is bad already
7. i assume ur talking about a dv, i had mine turned around backwards to hold more boost and it did just that, but imo get a forge or stratmosphere or something like that and put it in the right way that will be ur best bet.
8. i had mine tell 30k miles but i pushed it and also learned how to drive on it so i kinda killed it. i have herd people have lots of miles on a stock clutch if ur easy with it, sorry no exact number on that tho
9. either spec or southbend are very good and im sure there are others, and it all depends on how much power u are going for.

11. dont rev it all the way up u will just burn it out. practice on the road and see what gets the best launches, i would rev to 4500 or 5000 and let it out quick but not as fast as u can

TT's are great for cooling down a turbo after long hard boost. another way to do that is not to boost at ungodly psi for the last 3-5 minutes of driving. It's the driving at high boost and shutting off the car that cakes the turbo with sludge resulting in premature failure.

normally i'd say 60-90k with out aditional boost, but some people run into the 100k mark on stocks from what i have read.

neuspeed makes a short shifter, i see it mentioned more than the b&M i think the consensus is the b&M is too short for daily driving.

esp is fine for snow. It regulates the braking to individual wheels and the output of the engine. So in a sense if you want to drift like a mad **** in the snow turn esp off. if you want to launch your car with out having esp apply brakes or limit the engines output then turn it off. Default for esp is on. by pressing it you turn it off.
6. GREEDSPEED SNUB OR APR SNUB?....WHICH ONE IS BETTER? WORTHWHILE FROM MY CAR?
APR is tighter many people have to shave it, it also transfers more vibrations. Both are good, both will solidify your shifts.
