... Please do not rice out your B6... PLEASE!

Look, with these cars, if you're going to do it, do it right. Get a Magnaflow full system, or do what I'm doing, get a Thermal. Go to the stickies on the top of the A4 Section, and click on the links sticky. Euro Codes Tuning is where I'm ordering my Thermal from, and Euro Styles East is the cheapest price for the Magnaflows. Or you can get a cheaper Neuspeed for about $699 or so.

But look... This is no Civic, these cars aren't the type of cars you really want to butcher like that. If you're going to get an exhaust, please do it right.

That's just my opinion. Just please reconsider your course of action with this car... Seriously.

i was just going to purchase magnaflow mufflers and have my muffler guy put it in. maybe with new pipes. why do i need to get a system over getting the same pipes installed custom for cheaper?

Meh, go for it. I just think these cars are too nice to butcher like that... I thought you were talking about putting some fat ricey mufflers on stock pipes. Well do what you want, by all means, I'm just throwing my opinion out there.

Custom is usually cheaper than a packaged, full exhaust system. A muffler from a shop is about $300 give or take, depending on what you buy, and the pipe to go from the headers all the way back is cheap. Now depending on if you choose to run a high flow cat or not, that will dictate if you have to buy more hardware, but a custom exhaust can be had for $600 or less.
