Default NEW CAR!

Orignal---- 1996 A4 2.8L V6 Quattro manual

Car purchased today 1999.5 1.8T Quattro manual
Couple questions... When in dark. Cluster unit glows red. is this normal? Dip stick seems too loose. Moves around way too much. Radio does not turn on (at all) FUSE is ok. However, a friend told me just because fuse looks normal sometimes they go bad. Check it with volt meter. Radio broke, short circuit in car?

everything is ok.

Advice? Alot diff from my 2.8L. Oil change & NGK plugs prolly this weekend.
