Default New CoilOvers, Pics included

This is my first mod to this car which has been giving me trouble since I bought it used about 2 years ago. I've been spending all my money just trying to maintain it. But after taking it to a shop and finding out that everything was in good working condition, that was the green light to start spending my earnings on some mods.

First thing I wanted to do was lower this 4x4 because I had to use a ladder to get into this car.

I wanted to do a DIY and started taking pictures, but then, I just wanted to get the mod over with and get to sleep. I started at 8pm, (which was a bad idea in the first place, but its hot in riverside, and had to wait for the night winds). So me and a good friend of mine banged it out and around 12am, we got it done. Here are some pics. I'll get better pics soon cause the night shots are a little too dark.

So here it goes...2 guys and a 12 pack, installing some tein coilovers. (Would have went with better coilovers, but I just ordered some wheels and tires, so they will do for now).

I got the 19x8.5 Luff M1's w/ 32 offset.

I gotta see just how much adjustment to my coilovers I gotta make so there wont be any rub.

Here they are, I was going to sell'em, (already posted on the classifieds for $1300) just cause I think the roads in California are too rough to have rubberbands on for these wheels (235/35/19)...and they dont make these as 18's. But everytime I open that box up, I just fall inlove with'em over and over. So I think I just might keep them if nobody wants to buy'em.

Honestly dude, I almost bought those wheels...and I say you should definately keep them and put them on. I love the way they look. Keep 'em !!!

Just realized that you have a B5 heh, . 19's don't look bad on them, but 18's would look better. If you had a B6, I would definately say keep them. It's your choice tho!

The ride is fine. They are just the Basic Damper Kits, and honestly, I like'em. I couldnt really tell the difference between stock suspension and these coilovers, although, I can feel that I am a lot lower.
