i dont think you can find a good 1999 1.8TQ for that price. Maybe if you find one with really high miles. A good 2.8Q will probly cost u from 12,000 to 18,000 depending on miles and condition, but dont forget about the taxes that come wit buy a car.

I purchased my fully loaded 98.5 1.8TQ manual with 88k for $8750 + tax. It was a very good deal.

good luck with your search!

I picked up my 99.5 Audi A4 1.8tqm for $7.5k with 110k miles and in good shape. I got it off eBay and have had no regrets. Honestly, it did take like 3 months for me to find the "right car." I strongly suggesting waiting till you find a car which you love as it will be with you a long time and nothing is worse than buyers regret (which I am happy to report I have had none). Just to let you know, I still have a smile on my face when I hop in my car to drive, even if it is just to the store!

Just wait for a drug dealer that gets busted and trades his car in for bail . then by it from the DEA

Yeah, I had to hunt at auctions for a month and a half before finding my 2000 1.8TQM with 108 K for $9200 fully loaded. Haven't had a problem since.
