Check out the website including featured users and just look at the % of AudiVW users on there. Mike Hoods car is on page six of the featured users with a gt35r 2001 1.8t. I believe he holds the record for the fastest a4 on dragtimes.

they say chipped k03 makes 50hp. do your price comparison. I'm pretty clueless, so I have no idea what you're proposing would cost.

dude, dont do that....take the money and invest in a chip, or a ko4 upgrade...dont mess around with trying to tune these things....german cars are far from the "rice" import. they are very tempermental. i wouldnt suggest doing this...but then again, i always need a good laugh.

get a big turbo upgrade. *wham* problem solved.

im not trying to get to 330 hp. with the injectors and boost controller and dtec im expecting pry 50 to 60 from stock
A $500 chip will get you 50 hp over stock. GIAC or APR. Get whichever one is closer to you.

dude i have been trying to tell you through PM, do not get dtec, or a boost controller... one simple chip does everything that dtec and boost controller would do AND MUCH MORE. While at the same time keeping the timing perfect and remaining precise air/fuel trims.

You could get the DTEC and boost controller and get something to change timing and HOPE to come out with no knock and perfect fuel trims and a "smooth" running car... or you could get a chip that does ALL OF THAT for you while keeping the fuel trims PERFECT....

Dude, honestly, homie to homie lol, its kind of an embarassement if you put that on your car... please dont man, get a chip and than get back on here and post about the smile it brought you.

Bad idea, I have an 04 1.8 and had a chip and put on the 225TT injectors and my car ran like sh*t tuned....Lots of black smoke...your better off just getting a chip and getting the same hp out of your car, then do everything at once. I have a honda friend that has been saying everything that your SRT4 guy says, but these are different cars and don't work that way...NO blow off valves, No big insane turbos, etc. These cars are way more fun with turbos that spool faster than putting on a huge turbo that would need the 660cc injectors or what ever size you were saying and you only feel it when you get to 4500rpms then you have to shift.... I would re think your strategy and look at what others have done.... I'm pushing about 340tq and 290hp to the wheels...It's fun....I'm faster than a modded STI, just raced on the other night to 115 on the street...
