just got my car back from the shop. here is a list of stuff done

spec clutch stage 2 installed

used tranny installed ( first gear was tost in my oem)

modified allroad tranny mounts

one engine mount (with work being done it just fell apart)

stage 3 throttle body

adjusted rear suspension (just a bit to low with sub box in)

new/used? oil pan (free)( jack cracked/broke it while holding my engine in place)

shop guy changed out my vac lines with some nice ones (free)( thought my cheep replacement ones sucked)


all i can say it that my car feals great. the new clutch is so diferant then stock. is very heavy i am going to have to get use to it. shifts are nice and ya it grabs and hold nicely. found that out when at a light almost stalled it so i guned the engine and it just took off i was like damn... this is going to be fun. cant realy tell if allroad tranny mounts make a diferance , but i do think they help out.

the stage 3 throttle body so much better than my stage 1. with more air flow in i can def feel the differance in pick up.

all together my car feals better than new. now i just have to now save up for some more mods. moding never realy ends.

btw Status Auto did all my work. they are located in southern NH. great people to deal with and they know there stuff.

yes it is and i also have his bored maf. i am still hoping he makes his s3 intake again but it doesn't look like he is. i also have his VS but not in use because i have a cheep ebay cone intake on right now. as far as engine performance only other mods i only have a 3" cat back exhaust. i probably am going to go with his exhaust soon as i have 1 dead cat cat right now

 

I didn't know he offered an exhaust. I too have the S3 maf/velocity stack and i also have the special X Thottle body. Mance is a good guy, wish he wasn't cutting back on production.

 

ya he is a good guy. he realy didn't offer an exhaust but just a cusom one he did. here is the link. he has modified his whole exaust since this one it is on aw some where to

 

Ahhh Mike's (Mr D's) webpage. Lots of good stuff there. Hey you don't happen to have an extra O-ring from the S3 MAF do you? I lost my bag of them when I moved a few months back. I need to get rid of this stupid CEL due to low air velocity.
