BPV bi-pass valve

are they also the same thing with blow off valve?? I am really new to turbo and trying to get used to it.
As far as what I've heard, a BOV makes the turbo really noisy,I dont really konw what else it does exactly. Also, I am planning to get my car chipped with the GIAC chip, they have an installation center here in Atlanta, do I just bring my car there and let them do it? Can they also install the by pass valve for me? or it is something really easy to DIY. I had my eye on several BPV on ebay, $50-$70, are they any good?

yea , you can prob get a DV for your car from GIAC.
You dont want a blow off valve . They are not for Audis.
