A little too much black for my taste, but I think you did a good job, looks pretty nice.

Like others I think the engine bay is a little over the top. You should stick with the black theme there, and accent with crome and shiny stuff, like steel braided hoses, polished parts, etc. I think that would catch the eye, yet tie in with the rest of the car.

 

Am I the only one who likes halo lights? I think they look mean and classy at the same itme. Why all the hate for them?

 

exactly "badjoke", too many haters out there. im not finished either. im adding more chrome/polished stuff like intake manifold, braided radiator hoses and other little touch ups. Have any of you guys heard of TeamSCP1? the sponsorship website? i started filling out an application and i gave up but somehow they still got my info and telling me they got sponsor programs for me, is that stuff B.S.?

actually i dont think the plate in my window is tacky at all. its a plate that can be removed any time i want. i only put it in there when we were taking pictures. im not sure if you were just mad at the fact that your engine bay is hidious but nice way of trying to come back at me. im pretty sure nobody finds my car tacky.

anybody can do something different, but to do something new and make it look good is another thing. it would only catch my eye in the way off me saying eww thats gross

 

wtf? your a fool. Go to sleep bro, i guarantee if my ride and your ride were put next to each other people would come to mine first. its the set up and the work and effort ive put in to my ride. dont hate cuz i get more pu$$y than you.

 

meh, i have to say its just alright.

IMO, if you added some mesh in the bumper, changed out the headlights and the grille, that would look alot better.

I also agree you should go back to a more "stock" looking engine bay, or rather polished everything, that would stand out more, but in a good way.

the Kamei grilles make the car look cheap IMO, as do the headlights...leave the halos for the bimmers.

other than that, i like the poke on the wheels, and the body pieces you chose fit the car nicely.


this is my $.02, take it how you want, just my advice and opinion...and not to sound cocky, because thats the last thing i wanna be, but i've taken my car to quite a few shows and placed in each one, so i have a little insight as to what judges like/dont like.

Thanks man, im still not done. im looking to spend another 6 grand soon now, i have the badge for the grille too and makes it stand out more, i do have to clean up the engine bay, i got more polished and chrome stuff coming, well for the lights, they look the best IMO now than stock, gives the car a different appearance, actually everyone compliments my lights at gas stations and shops i got to, they say it flows. Car looks better in person too.
