Brrman and Jest go for it. THis kid needs to have his eyes opened and a lesson taught I hope someone makes him pay. Can anything be done to him through the company that runs this site other than just banning him or is that not feasable.I'm not aware of the laws on this one but maybe an idea.

 

if you have his address and a bounced check.. call the police in his home town... they WILL go and charge him for you ...

 

I did. However, the local police seem to be do not want to deal with bounce check.

 

BTW, I will post a scan of the bad check on Mon to be sure that I am not wrongly accuse him.
