so i needed new tires... but couldnt afford to get new wheels i wanted now...

i wanted to hold off till i got new rims cuz now i had to buy a set of 15" tires, then ill have to get 18" wheels and tires when the time comes...

i got khumo power star 578s... stock size 195/65TR15

not a bad little tire for 200 for the set...ill probably use them as winter tires when i do get my new wheels so i can get a full blown street set of summer tires...

we'll see how they hold up

 

thats nto a bad price, i just paid $320 for 4 new tires and even that was a bargin

You are kidding right? Khumo has out one of the best auto x tire and you say that suck for traction????

 

Dude you guys have quatrro. I have been through several kumhos as have my friends and we spin like a *****. But im sure if we had all wheel drive it would be a different story.

 

Buy the good khumos then. Not long ago I was talkin to someone at tirerack and they said that khumo has one of the best auto x tires out, which would mean they have nasty traction regardless of awd or not.

 

YEah they sell them they are affordable. Im a tirerack wholesaler. I talk to them freqeuntly. But give me a michel pilot sport or BFG G force anyday over a kumho...........
