Default new to vag-com first scan!

ok, so ive been going into limp mode almost daily.
i decided to finally buck up and get the bentley manual and the ross-tech vag-com, i wanna take care of my car and do stuff myself, so here's my first scan... i wanna fix this damn limp mode problem, but i dont seem to be getting any codes... this is what came up (please bare with me, its my first time using this thing)

scan your engine see what codes come up then.

01370 - Alarm triggered by Interior Monitoring

i always get thesefault codes each and everytime i scan my car and some cruise control code. never really took much care to them as they dontdo much,
I havnt scanned for like 2 months now. hmmmm.

yea i think i might go back out to the car and give it another run in a few minutes

maybe i need to get my car into limp mode again and scan it while its running? perhaps, i dunno since the limp mode goes away after i restart the car

if he scanned his engine it would have came out like this
saying no fault found with the adress and all there.

weird when i try to scan the engine it says no response from controller...

yet the autoscan works fine... do i need to scan the car with it running?

sorry for the newb questions

scan the car with the car on power wise, doesnt need to be running.

ok here are the codes... looks my o2 sensor is shot,and i'm pretty sure the engine torque monitor fault is what causes the car to buck, then cause the throttle to die with the epc light on... if i clear that code, would it help or would it keep coming back

(oh and i'm not saying to clear the codes in place of replacing the o2 sensor... just the etm fault)

the only time i get the "no responce from controller" is when the power to my car is off.
