Hi all..

Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I've just picked up a 98 A4 2.8 Quattro 5spd, and I love it.

Quick question tho. anyone have any problems with their 1st gear? whenever i'm in 1st gear, it makes a raspy sound. And it only does it in first gear, all others are quiet.. and ideas?

Also, i've got a stock stereo with no cd changer.. concert deck, would anyone recommend getting the cd changer, or installing an aftermarket radio?

Anywho, Got the car about a month ago, tried to register, but at work it blocked the registration page for some reason.. haha. apparently there was a "banned word"..

Been reading up on some of the articles/topics and found so much information. Very nice site.
