I think this last one is actually a kit you can buy from this guy on audiworld, if he has any left.

They were making a bunch of them.

So, you would still have to install it, but not build it.

ok here i have one in my car and i love it. evenyone thinks its OEM and its really easy to install and when u want it out its gone with now screwing or anything take a look and at 50 buxs or something liek that it was well worth it.

i dont know, i just dont like the way it blocks the gauge cluster, I like looking at my little computer screan, and the vent gauge is so far out of plain view sight, i like being about to look at it when I drive, the pillar pod is ok but I think that one two takes away from the quality of the way the interior looks.

i agree... thats why i really like the mk4 pod since its offset to the left. i think imma just buy it and try to cut it or whatever so it fits the steering column

yea give it a shot, you could cut it out make it fit then add some fibergrass to finish it off, repaint it and you would be all set..

i have a 98, so all that i don't see is the outside temp....i dont have the computer screen like you all.

I got the Mk4 pod. It fits with some trimming but it doesn't like to stay down on the steering column. It pops up constantly even with double sided tape. I tried several brands and types of double sided type and none would hold it down; so, I finally took the damn thing off and put my center mount pod back in. I'll check in my garage when i get home if it's still in there you can have it but, I think I threw it away.

that cupholder one is sick...makes me wish i had payed attention in electronics class in highschool
