his 91 lexus es300 is custom painted an emerald green and the paint in the dent matches his car. the height of the dent is consistent with the height of his door. i also do a walk-around each day and this definately happened in the parkade, where he parks his crap car next to mine.

so i called the cops and they took pictures and a statement.

this could get dragged on into the courts or he could fess up and have this fixed through his insurance.

i did. he denies it. he's the only one that parks next to me. on the other side of my car is a wall. the dent only occured in that parkade.

 

well, file the police report, and turn it in to his insurance company.

Have the cops ask him for his insurance information.
