i bought a racing **** over 2 months ago, but with the winter holidays i never got to buying me a short shifter...im seeing two auctions on ebay (since i heard from may people on these forums that they are very happy with their Ebay SS)




one of them is supposed to reduce throw my 30% while the other says 30-55%
there is also a difference in price...are they the same product, or should I go for the 60 dollar one b/c of a 55% throw reduction?

please advise me b/c today or tomorrow i gotta buy one of them...

Looks like the same thing to me id get the (auction 2)The amount of reduction is based off where you place the pin in theblue part. Megan Racing is the brand of these ss and they go for$70+. It took me afew emails to finally get the brand off the seller.

 

who makes them? I am not going to install anything in my car if i dont' know who makes it and it isnt' close to OEM quality....These cars are worth spending the money on OEM quality parts

 

 

over sight on my part of who makes them, but I still have never heard of MEGAN RACING....who are they, sounds like some little shop

 

They make a lot of performance parts for nissan i believe. I have 1 on my car and think its great. The quality is good to. The thing i like the most is that it didn't turn the shifter into a little nub like a lot of cheap co. will do.

 

that's why i've been holding off on a shifter, i want one that is as good as stock, but doesn't put the shifter all the way down and still is a short shifter. I had one on my last car and love'd it, but have been unable to find one i want for this car
