Default NOISE IN FRONT END!!

Recently got stuck on a curb in a bad snow storm. Since then have noticed a rubbing or grinding noise coming from the front end of my car. Does it if I am going straight or turning, but only occurs when I am between 20 - 50 mph... over and under no noise? Any suggestions of what it is??

If there is snow stuck in your rim, it can cause an imbalance in the wheel causing vibrations/noise (it happened to me a few years ago).

turn your wheels all the way to the side and get under there…. it’s probably one of the plastic dirt guar, see if it’s uptight anywhere…

Rims are fairly clean now... most of the snow is gone...

Did you check to see if you lost some wheel weights?

I hit a pot hole and lost mine off my front tire which is causing a vib. at 40 mph.

I don't think it has something to do with wheel balance, because there is no vibration, just a rubbing to grinding noise

Maybe a bit more detail with the situation that caused this problem. Did you smack a curb with a tire during this also? What tire was hit or stuck? Maybe you have torn a cv boot.
