That is the OEM HID parts. That tutorial is the fitting of the OEM parts into a non-xenon housing. If your car did no come with xenon, you will have to buy all new headlights. They have different projectors and hold different bulbs (d2s).
To get a truely OEM install, its goign to cost you around a grand! Not worth it in my opinion.
