nooby help again

i included a pic of what the part is called. what i circled i htink is a bushing. on my car it looks destroyed. can i fix this, if so whats the name of the part to get so i can fix it.
also, i jacked up my car to check for bad tie rods. i wiggled the wheel from left to right and found about 1inch max of play. time for new tie rods?

ya thats a lot of play. shouldnt have that much.

There should be NO play. The circled part is tie rod end.

It is a DIY if you can get the bolts off. Many times these are rusted tight.

I'd have your friendly mechanic fix it. Get the upgraded heavy duty tie rod end on the net.

Dude, I already told you in your other post, replace the tie-rod ends.

That is the part you have circled. Sounds like you should have a shop do this for you.
