WHAT'S UP ALL, I HAVE A 99.5 A4 1.8T. I JUST GOT IT NOT TOO LONG AGO SO I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING TO IT YET, THOUGH WHEN I BOUGHT IT THE GUY SAID IT HAD SOME SORT OF CHIP IN IT. ON THE BACK OF THE CAR IS HAS A LABEL SAYING "OCT CHIP" NO CLUE WHAT THAT IS, IF SOMEBODY COULD HELP ME OUT THAT WOULD BE GREAT.

 

Your best bet would be to get in touch with the gut that sold you the car and ask him to be more specific then some chip. Or it was just a badge he used to sell the car for more money.

Well he probably doesnt have anything to compare it to, he probably hasnt drivin a stock a4 and seen exactly how SLOW they are lol

please stop yelling at us! ahahha.... if he gets a boost gauge and gives us the readings then would we be able to tell him if he's chipped or not?
