thats kinda in theory though, i saw a test of it and they found no real big differences but then there are others that swear by it and say that tests prove it works better.... who really knows... id just get a forge

you know you can turn your stock one around and run it backwards and it will hold so much more boost
ya i just say that because its what i did on my car for a few months with a t3t4 running 15ishpsi at 275whp. stock dv backwards. when it was changed out it was still in working order

I think the fact that she hasn't straight murdered me for spending as much time and money as I have on my car in the past month or so is proof enough of her love. Plus the car is with me, and she'd hurt it trying to put the new ECU in.

So i put it in.... and I need to troubleshoot my car further. I felt an increase in power, but to be honest it just feels like it did when I first got it. So I hope running some seafoam through it and changing my timing belt will give me the boost I am looking for.

you should feel a lot more... do u have boost gauge? did you do TBA? it takes chip time to adapt but it should be really noticeable power.

No boost gauge as of yet, thats next after the timing belt. If TBA is when you put the key in and turn it and let it "learn" the car for a few minutes, then yes I did. I mean I notice it, but its not night and day like I was expecting.

nope no codes, i kinda wish I was just so I could pinpoint a problem. I am going to check for boost leaks and the like when I take my car apart this weekend to do the timing belt. Hopefully there will be a hole somewhere.

seems odd wishing for a problem, but at least then I can fix it and rawk those d@mn ricers!
