which oil???

Default which oil???
Ive got a 97 1.8Tqm. What do you recommend??? Dont think its been serviced with full synthetic before. Is it ok to go fully synthetic now???
If so would you recommend Shell5w40 or Mobil 5w30???

Nah, use Castrol. Mobil is the oil of the Benz DTM team, Castrol is the oil for the Audi team. Support the team!
