I've had my car for about a week, and the guy before me installed an oil pressure gauge. When Istomp the gas pedal the oil pressure will goup, and when i let off it usually goes down to about 20psi,but never really higher than 70psi.... is it going up and down normal or should it be leveled off when i drive it?????

 

yes the oil pump basically runs off your crank when you engine spins faster the pumps spins faster thusly providing more oil pressure
