Default OK I'm new here and have a huge question

My friend has an A4 quatro turbo. It's a 2003. He screwed up big time and well the motor is now siezed. I'm looking for a good tuner company that builds audi motors. Maaybe with a forged bottom end so if he wants to upgrade the turbo later he can. I love this car and it's a shame what happened but what can you do. I'm into cars and know places who build motors for my car but I'm not too connected with the audi circuit.
So do you guys have any good builders, preferable in the Northeast?
Thanks
Brian

He brought the car in for the 10K check and oil but I guess since it only had like 9,000 miles on it they did not do the oil change. Well at 22K miles the motor crapped itself and they are refusing service on it. So I was hoping someone here might know of a good tuner to build a new motor or something.
I know East Coast Supercharging and a few others but they do mostly vettes and lsX motors.

So anyone know of anyone who can do some work?
