Your A4 is DBW correct ? are you happy with the car or would you have rather gotten one without? i'm just trying to get someone's opinion that has good experiance with the DBW. Thanx-------------------------------------------------[sm=feedback.gif][sm=ttiwwp.gif]

ahah... ehhhhh... Ya PM's are golden. Im DBW. Had I known about the particulars of the 99.5 one i would have gone with it since it is ndbw and has most of the 2000's looks. Its not even that DBW makes it laggy or bad like some would say, its mainly that 2000+ comes with a MAP sensor or intercooler boost sensor that can bitch slap you when you are trying to mod. I am extremely happy with the car though.. I dont plan on going BT because its tip and and my wife drives it too and shed slap me with a brick if i spent the money it takes to BT it properly.

Drive by wire.
and if you dont know what that means then: it means the throttle is controlled electronically which means there is a slight delay in the time from you pressing the peddle then when it actually picks up. whereas nDBW the throttle is directly connected to the peddle so there is less delay. but i've driven a dbw audi and its actually not bad. cadillac's is a million itmes worse
