opening day at the track!

its the opening day at the track for me today and ill be taking her...whats some helpful hints in launchin a quattro.

Usually what i do is hold the brake and holding the gas pedal at the same time while stopped. Take the revs to the 2500 range and then let go of the brake and push the accelarator all the way down and it will launch a lot better than a normal stand still. Also make sure your in first gear if its an automatic/tiptronic

launch your car (if manual) at 3500rpm's make sure u know where ur sweet spot is and launch it there.

well the weather didnt hold out. damn mother nature. so i cant go till next weekend
