You know what!? I don't even know what engine you have, is it a V6 or 1.8T?
If its a 1.8T the water pump is run by an accessory belt which could very well be loose.

I can't remember if it has a spring loaded tensioner on it or a slide bolt. Look around for a tensioner of some kind, should be easy to see. If its a spring loaded tensioner you have to replace it.

the water pump is driven by the power steering pump which is tight, I dont see either way of tightening the belt that goes from the power steering to the water pump...

How can the belt on the power steering pump be tight but it also drives the water pump that is loose? Your not making much sense here, and there has to be a tensioner. Keep in mind it may be the power steering pump itself that is the tensioner on a swivel, you have to actually get under the car and look.

If I havent been under the car how would I even know its loose.... just cause im a noob here doesnt mean I've never worked on cars before... the belt that drives the power steering pump is tight as hell but the one that goes from the power steering to the water pump is loose I cant see anyway of tightening it, and I havent found anything by searching as far as tightening that particular belt, I wonder if there is the wrong belt on here...

Alright wait, you are talking about two seperate belts here correct? Were talking about a single pulley that runs two belts or just one belt? If its one belt it isn't possible, it can't be loose on when pulley and tight on another running on the same belt. Thats so stupid it gives me a migrane.
If thats the case the water pump pulley would have to be hanging down or completely broken.
At this point, i think you should take it to the dealer or someone that knows what they are doing.
