Im really curious about this, i rreally dont like the paint chipping off, especailly know that i take maticulous care of my baby, and i cant do anything about that blemish, really want to see what the final pics look like.

So its been insatlled for a day now and i think it looks alright. Wouldnt do this colour on any other colour car unless you do the whole interior to match. So im happy Much better then what it was. Im writting a proper diy tonight so i should have that up in a couple of days.

i had my doubts before i saw it in the car but it actually looks really good. i need to do that. mine are chipped so bad. but idk what color to go with. my interior is tan

Very nice.

How did the final finish come out? Is it nice and smooth? Did you sand it down after a few coats of paint, or what?

Maybe my questions will be answered in the DIY. I'll check back when you post that.

Yeap il answer all that in the DIY but it all depends on what paint you use. Never use enamel paint. Duplicolour or alloy wheel paint is the best. Secret is the drying time. I let mine dry for a day and a half before insatlling it just to make sure that the paint its dryed nicely because you will be pressing it a bit when insatlling it and if the paint aint dry then your finger print will be tranfered to it.

I like the contrast but the now chrome door handle looks funny.
