How much do you estimate this to cost to get the lowers removed and painted?

every shop will be $100's different - shop around find a good shop not some local guy on the corner

thats what i like to do also but my front lower is messed up .. soo id like to get a S4 bumper but if not, then find a new/used front lower and then get it painted
